Ryan Jones has worked in the construction industry for almost 20 years for many leading local, regional, and national banks. He has held many positions ranging from General Consultant to Senior Consultant/Asset Manager to Director of Asset Management and now President.
He has monitored over 250 projects per year throughout the southeast and in 8 states, ranging from single family home developments to high-rise commercial and residential buildings, including approximately 15 Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) construction projects per year. He was also in charge of direct asset management duties for a portfolio of over 17,000 units.
Ryan has worked for such companies as the Jeffrey E. Smith Companies based out of Columbia, Missouri, Affordable Equity Partners, the syndication company within the Jeffrey E. Smith family of companies, and USA Inspection Services, LLC. In July 2015, Ryan purchased USA Inspection Services, LLC (now known as USA Construction Consultants) and is now President of the company, where he is actively involved in day-to-day operations and completes pre-construction plan and cost reviews and monthly draw inspections on many projects.

Ryan graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is credited with the Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) designation from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and has also been designated as a Certified Residential and Commercial Code Inspector from the International Code Council (ICC). Ryan also holds green building credentials from Southface Energy Institute and their Earthcraft Building Program (a regional contemporary to the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design – LEED Program).
